You May Not Want to Live With an Obsessive… But You Definitely Want to Buy Their House
Some homes need their story told. Others? The story just spills out.
This Magnolia house was one of those. The seller was relentlessly hands-on. I mean, the man sprayed his landscaping rocks to keep them perpetually glistening. He reimagined the layout, knocked down walls, fine-tuned every corner—and couldn’t sit still unless something was being upgraded.
That’s not just renovation. That’s obsession. And while you may not want to live with that kind of energy, you definitely want to buy the results of it.
My job? To bring that to life.
I told buyers how the home had evolved, how the layout was rethought to invite people in, how even the rocks outside reflected the care inside. And as I shared the story, I watched people’s expressions shift. They weren’t just hearing about the house—they were feeling it. And that’s when I knew we were winning.
Marketing a house isn’t about shouting specs. It’s about finding the heartbeat—and making sure everyone else hears it too.
This is what I love about my work: whether I’m telling the story of a meticulously modern remodel, a wildly creative cocktail-party-turned-commercial, or the return of a dream home that found its way back to the right buyers (yes, that happened—read that story here), I get to connect homes to the people they’re meant for.
